Specializing in business transformation across digital, operations, and ESG, he has designed and executed complex strategies for both mature and growing organizations. As part of the senior leadership team at MoneyGram Haas F1 Team, he oversees a number of departments including IT, Applications, Facilities, ESG, and Continuity. Gary also serves as a Trustee for the Multi Academy Trust (MAT) Tove Learning, advising on risk and strategy. Passionate about diversity in motorsport, he champions STEM in education and coaches a weekly robotics club. A Fellow of the British Computing Society, he has been recognized as one of the UK’s top 100 CIOs four years running (2021-2024), Outside work, he enjoys mountaineering, family adventures, red wine, and BBQ cooking.

Admir Abdurahmanovic is the SVP Strategy at Keyfactor. Admir has a background in IT-security consulting and strategy and has served in various roles such as SVP Strategy, VP of Strategy & Partners, Program Director, and Manager of Advanced Research. Admir’s expertise lies in applied cryptography, business development, project management, and risk mitigation. Admir co-founded TAJT Security AB and PrimeKey Solutions AB, where Admir played a key role in delivering secure PKI-related services. Admir’s educational background includes a degree from the University of Sarajevo. 

As the Cloud Marketplace Products Owner at Keyfactor, Alex drives the development and delivery of innovative solutions on leading platforms like Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure. Alex led Keyfactor’s entry into these ecosystems, achieving vendor status and successfully listing products on their marketplaces.

Alex oversees the product roadmap, guides development teams, ensures seamless code delivery, and produces high-quality documentation. Under Alex’s leadership, the team builds automated, transactable solutions that enable customers to deploy Keyfactor products through Cloud Marketplaces in minutes.

By leveraging a deep understanding of Marketplace ecosystems and aligning with provider strategies, Alex ensures maximum efficiency and drives mutual success for both Keyfactor and its partners. Ben Dewberry is a Product Manager specializing in Signing & Key Management at Keyfactor. He leads the strategic roadmaps for Keyfactor’s Signum and SignServer products. With a strong commitment to understanding customer pain points and needs, Ben is dedicated to ensuring that Keyfactor’s solutions are equipped with the optimal features and capabilities to effectively address those challenges.

Ben brings over 8 years of experience in Product Management, with a particular passion for learning new technologies and engaging directly with customers.

Brandon Tubandt is Keyfactor’s Chief Customer Officer. In this role, he leads Keyfactor’s global customer strategy and operations, ensuring that every Keyfactor customer realizes the total value of the company’s security solutions. 

Brandon is an industrial engineer by trade and was most recently a senior leader at PowerPlan. Responsible for ensuring overall customer success, he leveraged his years of technical and consulting experience in a complex software environment to develop successful customer-based programs while also maintaining a strong focus on building effective teams, particularly through periods of rapid growth and change. 

Chris Hickman is the Chief Security Officer at Keyfactor, responsible for maintaining the company’s leadership in technical security expertise. He leads client success initiatives and integrates customer feedback into Keyfactor’s platform and capabilities. 

Before joining Keyfactor, he was the Director of Technical Services at Alacris, a smartcard and certificate management company acquired by Microsoft. Chris has extensive experience in PKI projects for clients like NATO, the U.S. and Canadian Departments of Defense, and Fortune 100 companies, making him a trusted resource for enterprises looking to leverage digital certificates. 

Dimitris Zacharopoulos is the PKI Manager of a Publicly-Trusted Certification Authority/Trust Service Provider called HARICA (https://harica.gr). He participates in many different industry forums and organizations like the CA/Browser Forum, the PKI Consortium, the Accredited Conformity Assessment Bodies Council – ACAB’c, and the European Telecommunications Standards Institution – ETSI. Dimitris was elected as the CA/Browser Forum and Server Certificates Working Group Chair for a 2-year term (2018-2020) and was recently re-elected as CA/Browser Forum Chair for the term 2022-2024. He is involved with PKI since 2001 and actively contributes to the development of PKI industry standards for the last 15 years. 

Ellen Boehm is the SVP, IoT Strategy & Operations at Keyfactor. Ellen leads the go–to market strategy for Keyfactor’s IoT business focusing on digital identity security solutions for the IoT device manufacturer market. Ellen is passionate about IoT and helping customers establish strong security implementations for the lifecycle of their overall IoT systems. 
 
Ellen has 17+ years’ experience leading new product development with a focus on IoT and connected products in lighting controls, smart cities, connected buildings, and smart home technology. Ellen has held leadership roles in Product & Engineering at General Electric and Sky Technologies over her career. 

Eric Mizell is the Field CTO at Keyfactor. Eric is a developer turned security expert. Beginning his career in engineering and leadership roles at Hortonworks and OverOps, Eric then shifted his focus to security, having seen first-hand the security gaps in many DevOps environments.  

As Field CTO, Eric works hands-on with DevOps and cloud teams to implement cloud-native PKI and signing into build and deploy environments. 

Jaime Gómez García is the Head of Quantum Technologies at Banco Santander. Jaime is a recognized expert in telecommunications, blockchain, and quantum technologies, with an extensive professional background within the financial sector. His contributions as a disseminator of quantum technologies and their consequential influence on enterprises, notably within the financial domain, have garnered him recognition as a LinkedIn Quantum Top Voices in 2022, 2023, and 2024. 
 
At Banco Santander, he leverages quantum computing for business benefits and tackles the challenges of quantum threats to cryptography. He also serves as Chair of the Steering Committee at the Quantum Safe Financial Forum. 

Jamie Walker is the Chief Marketing Officer at Keyfactor. In this role, she is responsible for driving growth, brand awareness, and value creation.

Jamie is a results-oriented marketer known for accelerating revenue at scaling software firms. Passionate about mentorship and team-building, she excels in driving marketing transformations by leveraging people, process, and technology for hyper-growth.

Previously, Jamie spearheaded demand marketing efforts, including client up-sell, digital strategies, testing optimization, account-based marketing, field marketing, and channel marketing, across multiple high-growth SaaS companies before joining Keyfactor.

Jamie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Jason Slack is the Director of Engineering at Truepic, leading a team focused on delivering secure tools that authenticate media origins and history. With over 25 years of experience and multiple patents, Jason is dedicated to combating disinformation and fostering digital transparency. As co-chair of the C2PA Conformance Taskforce, he helps shape open standards for content authenticity. His work with Truepic’s cutting-edge photo, video, and audio authentication technology used by a broad spectrum of Fortune 500 Enterprises to confidently make informed decisions with digital content demonstrates his passion for leveraging technology to make a global impact. 

JD Kilgallin has been with Keyfactor for 9 years in a variety of engineering roles, and currently is Product Owner of Analytics & AI. In this role, he focuses on vulnerability analysis of cryptographic assets in Keyfactor customer environments. He has authored 3 IEEE papers in Computational Intelligence, including Keyfactor’s 2019 paper, Factoring RSA Keys in the IoT Era. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science, Math, and Philosophy from Carnegie Mellon and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Akron, where he also sometimes serves as adjunct faculty, and is now enrolled as an MBA student at Kent State University. He lives in Akron, Ohio with his husband and enjoys travel and strategy games. 

Joe Tong is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in channel management, partner marketing, and global business development. As Senior Vice President, Global Channels at Keyfactor, he leads a high-performing team to scale global channel programs, develop GSI partnerships, and expand technology alliances. 

Previously, Joe was Head of US Commercial Channel at Atlassian, where he spearheaded growth to $385M, achieving 60% year-over-year growth by recruiting and enabling strategic partners. His expertise extends to partner program development, with prior roles at First Data, Alfresco Software, and Agilysys, where he drove partner marketing initiatives and go-to-market strategies with top technology partners like AWS, Salesforce, and SAP, resulting in doubled revenue from North American partners. 

Joe’s early career at JBoss and IBM further honed his channel strategy expertise, as he built and scaled programs that delivered significant revenue growth. Renowned for his strategic leadership, Joe excels in forging strong partnerships and driving measurable results. 

Kapil Gupta is a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineer with 20+ years of experience in security domain. Karthik Lalithraj is the Director, Solution Engineering at Keyfactor. Karthik leveraged his software engineering background to move into software pre-sales. As part of pre-sales, Karthik was responsible for all aspects of sales: technical, functional and business sales at TerraCotta (acquired by Software AG), Kinetica (a GPU database), OverOps, and now Keyfactor. 

Over the years, he has donned multiple hats and worked multiple roles: field engineer, senior principal architect, onboarding, and managing solution engineering teams for the East US, speaking at public events (NFJS, AJUG, SUG, DevNexus) and with research firms, and speaking with investors.

Kevin Ha is an encryption expert with over 20 years of experience delivering advanced cybersecurity solutions across various industries. He has built a distinguished career managing complex Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, multifactor authentication, and encryption strategies for global engineering firms and financial institutions.

Currently leading the development of a top-tier encryption program at M&T Bank, Kevin fosters innovation in cryptographic practices. His professional path includes leadership roles at SSL.com and IBM, where he directed enterprise PKI deployments and large-scale encryption projects.

Kevin’s expertise covers developing encryption solutions aligned with industry standards such as NIST, ISO, and FedRAMP. He has integrated PKI systems with Microsoft Azure, executed secure identity management migrations, and strengthened certificate lifecycle management (CLM) frameworks. Known for his proactive approach, Kevin has managed complex security audits and responded effectively to critical industry vulnerabilities.

Klara is an experienced information technologist with over 29 years of industry expertise, applying technical knowledge and analytical skills to solve complex business needs in financial services and healthcare organizations. She specializes in securely enabling business goals through identity, messaging, and collaboration initiatives, as well as developing cloud computing architectures and driving strategic changes that support the adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

With 14 years of information security management and hands-on experience, Klara has a proven track record in security compliance, audit, awareness, assurance, application security, risk management, and incident response. She works closely with Legal, Privacy, and Procurement teams, advising on security, technical, and infrastructure components to be integrated into vendor contracts.

Klara is recognized for her ability to apply information security principles using practical techniques that balance security with real-world business needs. Her extensive technical proficiency spans strategy development, infrastructure and systems architecture, application development, engineering, database design and administration, as well as network and systems administration.

Magnus is a seasoned Product Manager, previous developer, and architect for innovative software solutions securing ecosystems across payment, telecom and other industries through decades. 
 
At Keyfactor, as EJBCA Product Manager, Magnus oversees the EJBCA product vision, mission, strategy, and roadmap to establish digital trust with identity-first security across the digital universe. 
 
Key elements of the strategy are combining the Keyfactor world leading PKI expertise with world class multi-cloud and hybrid deployment excellence. 

Malin spearheads the Keyfactor developers’ community program. We believe security should be accessible to all and are dedicated to empowering individuals and organizations through the program. By leveraging Keyfactor’s open-source products, such as EJBCA, SignServer, and Bouncy Castle, the program provides engineers and security experts with a unique opportunity to test and prototype solutions using enterprise-grade software. Malin has worked with PKI and Signature solutions and related businesses for the past 20+ years.

Mark is currently Senior Vice President of Product Management at Keyfactor where he is responsible for strategic management of the company’s global Machine Identity Management product portfolio including product roadmaps, packaging and pricing.  Mark regularly participates in industry consortia events and was invited to a White House roundtable on Quantum Safe Cryptography. Mark has been a member of the Keyfactor team since 2017.

Before joining Keyfactor, Mark was Sr. Director of New Product Introduction for Aclara Technologies, and the product manager for Aclara’s Metrum line of LTE products and ran product management for wireless communication solutions in the gas, water, and electric utility market.  While at Aclara, Mark founded the Wi-Fi Alliance Smart Grid Task Group, which is responsible for the certification program for Smart Energy Profile 2.0 running on Wi-Fi devices.  Mark is the former chair the group and member of the ZigBee Smart Energy and Consortium for SEP Interoperability.  Mark also founded the IEEE 802.11ah standards group devoted to the development of Sub-GHz Wi-Fi for Smart Grid and sensor networks, and was its first chair.

For over eight years, Miguel has been part of the team developing and operating the Software Supply Chain that powers the Bitnami/VMware catalog of Applications. Automation that keeps hundreds of applications compliant, secure, and up to date.  

He is currently a co-founder at Chainloop, an automated compliance, governance, and security platform that helps enterprises build and deliver trusted software faster. 

Narendra Patlolla is a Senior Cybersecurity Leader.  He is currently, Head of Global Cybersecurity Architecture and Engineering at Arthur J Gallagher & Co. Narendra has over 25 years of progressive experience in the industry and cybersecurity discipline. He previously held key senior leadership roles at multiple fortune 500 enterprises, where he established global cyber programs and has extensive experience in balancing business expectations and cyber risk by implementing multiple vendor and bespoke solutions. He managed large security programs across multiple industry verticals (Insurance, Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare and Marketing Services). He is actively involved in promoting the Identity discipline.  Narendra is a member of the IDSA Executive Advisory Board. 

Narendra holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering, M.S in Computer Science and M.B.A in Finance and Management.  He is also a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) Architect.

Olaf Rohleder is a Systems Engineer at Grenke. Olaf has worked in IT for over 25 years, specializing in Systems Administration. Since joining Grenke in mid-2019, Olaf has redesigned the PKI to a 2-Tier PKI (Offline Root CA and Issuing CA) and implemented Keyfactor Command as a self-service tool, enabling users to obtain the certificates they need with appropriate access controls. 

Ray Harishankar is an IBM Fellow within the Quantum team focused on Quantum Safe. Ray is responsible for driving the overall strategy for IBM Quantum-Safe, quantum-safe product strategy, and product engineering.is responsible for deep technical expertise He advocates IBM’s capabilities and leadership in Quantum-Safe with clients. Ray engages with customers across Insurance, Banking, Telecommunications, and Government and is on the technology advisory council for selected clients and universities. Ray was nominated as an IBM Fellow in ’06, named an Asian American Engineer of the Year, a Distinguished Alumnus by the OSU College of Engineering, and included in Marquis Who’s Who. He holds 23 patents. 

Richard Reisbick is Chief Technology Officer for FreeWave, a leading IIoT data solutions provider delivering actionable data from the Razor’s Edge(C) and creating an intuitive path from operational data to amazing decision-making for true business transformation at scale. As an inventor, he has prioritized the user experience and engineering architecture of hardware and firmware for more than 20 products utilizing MCU, DSP, and FPGA technologies. 

Rich Gocheco is a Senior Manager of System Engineering at Docusign. He specializes in understanding “how the internet works, in detail,” focusing on planning, designing, building, and operating systems that ensure applications are secure, available, and performant. He manages complex systems, including global traffic management, content distribution, load balancers, DNS, and certificates. Rich oversees the design and implementation of certificate lifecycle management automation. An accomplished technical leader, he has over 20 years of experience in leadership, system operations, and automation (DevOps), covering a wide range of technologies and platforms. Rich lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife. He enjoys hiking, tennis, and basketball in his spare time.

Russ Housley is the owner of Vigil Security, LLC, a firm dedicated to helping customers design and implement diligently watchful security solutions. Russ has extensive experience in the computer and network security field, with past roles at the Air Force Data Services Center, Xerox Special Information Systems, SPYRUS, and RSA Laboratories. His security research includes security protocols, certificate management, cryptographic key distribution, and high assurance design and development practices. He has been active in many security standards organizations; his recent focus has been on the Internet Engineering Task Force. He earned an MS, Computer Science, from George Mason University. 

Ryan Sanders is Sr. Director of Product Marketing and Customer Relations at Keyfactor. Ryan is passionate about cybersecurity and actively analyzes the latest compliance mandates, market trends, and industry best practices related to public key infrastructure (PKI) and digital certificates. Based in Toronto, Ryan has been an integral member of the Keyfactor team for six years. 

As the CSTL Certification Program Director and FIPS 140 Subject-Matter Expert at Lightship Security, one of world’s busiest product security testing labs, Ryan Thomas’s passion lies in finding efficient ways to meet our customers security certification objectives. He has an extensive background in auditing, evaluating and testing IT systems against a wide spectrum of technical security standards and specifications. He is certified under the NIST/CCCS CMVP’s Cryptographic Validation Program (CVP) 

Saba is the Cryptography Services Product Director at Morgan Stanley, where she leads the strategy, roadmap, and development of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and secrets management services. With a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and over 15 years of experience in the field, Saba has been dedicated to cryptography since 2020, focusing on the modernization, automation, and resilience of cryptographic solutions.

In her current role, she oversees the engineering and operations teams, driving advancements in critical areas such as digital certificate management for encryption in transit and key management platforms for encryption at rest. Her leadership has been instrumental in streamlining the adoption of encryption technologies and enhancing existing solutions to meet evolving industry demands.

Based in Montreal, Saba balances her professional pursuits with an active lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, and staying updated on the latest technology trends.

Sami Van Vliet is the Principal Technical Product Manager for the Command product. She started working at Keyfactor as an Identity Management Consultant in 2011 and has been fortunate enough to enjoy watching the company grow from a consulting firm to a provider of digital identity management software. 

Sami has worked in a variety of sectors including non-profit, start up, government and consulting in the US and UK. This variety of opportunities allowed her to enjoy learning different styles of working in groups and different approaches to problem solving. Seeing a client’s challenges resolved is extremely satisfying and a driving force in her commitment to success. Sami has a Master’s of Science in IT from the University of Liverpool. 

Shian Sung is a Director of Solutions Engineering at Keyfactor. With a background in both software engineering (IoT and emerging standards) and sales (SaaS and e-commerce), Shian works with customers to understand both technical and business value of the Keyfactor product suite. Shian has had speaking engagements and led discussions on PKI, Cryptography, and Cloud/DevOps security at conferences and seminars, and is passionate about helping customers improve their security stance through PKI and automation.

Shian’s previous expertise include building and running e-commerce solutions and teams for B2B and B2C sales, technical standards compliance, software engineering and even rock climbing and backpacking guiding.

Shreya Uchil  is the VP of Product Management at Symmera. Shreya has over 15 years of experience in engineering, product management, and customer success roles within the networking and cybersecurity sectors, most recently as the Sr. Director of Product Management at DigiCert. Previously, she served as VP of Product Management and Customer Success at Mocana Corporation. Shreya has a passion for helping customers achieve business objectives and driving product growth. She holds five patents in endpoint security and has earned a BE degree from NIT Suratkal, India, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University. 

Srinivas Kumar is the CEO and Co-Founder at Symmera. With more than 35 years of hands-on engineering and management experience, he previously served as VP of IoT Solutions at DigiCert, CTO and CPO at Mocana, and CTO of TaaSera. He also founded TaaSware (acquired by TaaSera in 2012). He holds 42 U.S. patents in the field of cyber-protection and has led engineering efforts to certify products for common criteria, FIPS, DO-178, US DoD, and NATO standards. He holds a BE degree in electrical engineering from VJTI, Bombay University, and an MS degree in electrical and computer engineering from Clemson University. 

Steve Hanna is a Distinguished Engineer at Infineon Technologies, responsible for IoT security strategy and technology on a global scale.

As a recognized security expert, Steve leads multiple standards groups. In the Matter Working Group of the Connectivity Standards Alliance, he serves as the Vice Lead of the Threat Model Tiger Team, the Lead of the Security Design Tiger Team, and the Lead of the Security Use Cases Tiger Team. Additionally, he is a Director on the Alliance’s Board and chairs the Product Security Working Group. He co-chairs the IoT Work Group within the Trusted Computing Group and is a member of the Security Area Directorate in the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF).

With a robust background in information security, particularly in software and systems, Mr. Hanna is an inventor or co-inventor on 48 issued patents, has authored numerous standards and white papers, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Harvard University.

Sushil Alhat, a Senior PKI engineer with 12+ years of experience, specializes in building secure, scalable solutions at DotSquares for KeyFactor clients. With expertise in PKI, AD, and Certificate Lifecycle Management, he has designed robust security architectures across industries. Simplifying PKI complexities, he secures trust one certificate at a time, adhering to industry standards. 

Sven is an award-winning, seasoned cybersecurity consultant with deep expertise in PKI, the automation of PKI and signing solutions, and container technologies. With over 16 years of experience spanning the private sector and federal government departments and agencies, Sven is a trusted advisor frequently invited to lead client discussions, deliver presentations, and speak at seminars on topics such as PKI, EJBCA, and PKI DevSecOps.

Tomas Gustavsson is the Chief PKI Officer at Keyfactor. Tomas has an MSc from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and has been researching and implementing PKI systems since 1994. He is the founder of the open-source enterprise PKI project EJBCA and still get into development from time to time, a contributor to numerous open-source projects, and a member of the board of Open Source Sweden.  

As a co-founder of PrimeKey, Tomas is passionate about helping users worldwide find the best possible PKI and digital signature solutions. 

Ted Shorter is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder at Keyfactor. Responsible for Keyfactor’s Intellectual Property development efforts, Ted helps align Keyfactor’s focus with the changing security landscape, ensuring our clients understand the importance of crypto-agility. 

Ted has worked in the security arena for over 25 years, in the fields of cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure, authentication and authorization, and software vulnerability analysis. His past experience includes 10 years at the National Security Agency, a master’s degree in computer science from The Johns Hopkins University. 

Dr. Victor Mateu leads the research and development of cryptographic solutions as the acting chief researcher in the cryptographic research center at TII.

His extensive expertise in applied cryptography spans among different areas such as secure protocol design, cryptographic engineering, security architecture for embedded systems, design of electronic voting solutions, zero knowledge proofs, and quantum resistant cryptography.

Dr. Mateu has written multiple conference papers, and also IEEE and Elsevier journal papers and book chapters. Moreover, he has also actively contributed to several open-source projects supporting cryptographic libraries and its integration in company products for international companies.
