Our leadership and people teams host regular All-Hands meetings to keep everyone informed and aligned on the business. Employees have access to thousands of company-paid technical training courses, along with a stipend for relevant development opportunities—including Tuition Reimbursement and Foreign Language Reimbursement.
Parental Leave
Paid Parental Leave is available to new parents. Structure varies based on regional/government requirements. In regions where government-paid leave doesn’t exist, like in the U.S., the company offers generous paid parental leave, along with comprehensive adoption and fertility support. We stand by our working parents and know how important and special those early moments are.
Radical Flexibility
Generous time off policies and paid holidays across regions. Unlimited PTO in the Americas. Oh, and our people can take up to 3 days off per year to volunteer. Additionally, for the first 10 months of the year – the second Friday of the month is a global company day off – yes, really. We offer this to support the wellbeing of our people by offering them time away to refresh and recharge without the worry of missing a day.

Additionally, we offer remote and hybrid work options but also have amazing offices for our people to enjoy. We also cover expenses to support remote working across the globe.
