Keyfactor Acquires Spain-based Company, Redtrust

With a new acquisition, Independence-based cybersecurity firm Keyfactor is going international. Keyfactor has acquired Spain-based Redtrust, which is described as a “digital identity solutions company providing centralized certificate and digital signature management.”

While building on a suite of services for Keyfactor’s cybersecurity business, which is already spread across most U.S. states, one of the most significant elements of the deal is how it positions the company to accelerate growth across Europe.
