Job Summary
The Field & Channel Marketing Intern will support the execution of regional marketing initiatives, assisting with event logistics, campaign coordination, and partner communications. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing while working closely with Field and Channel Marketing teams, as well as cross-functional stakeholders such as SDRs, Design, and Marketing Operations.
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized marketer who is eager to learn and kick-start their professional career by contributing to impactful marketing programs. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field who want to develop real-world marketing skills in a dynamic environment.
Applicants must hold valid Right to Work in Spain and should be based in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing regional demand generation campaigns, ensuring tasks are completed on time, including managing project tracking tools, coordinating design requests, and supporting translations for localized materials.
- Help organize event logistics, such as coordinating shipments of marketing materials, managing inventory of giveaways and collateral, and assisting with staff registration when needed.
- Support social media and email marketing efforts for events and webinars, including setting up event pages and promotional materials.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining content for partner marketing initiatives, such as updating materials on the partner portal and coordinating partner webinars.
- Provide support for post-event activities, including cleaning up lead lists, tracking event performance, and scheduling debrief meetings.
- Assist with basic data entry and lead management, ensuring lead information from campaigns and events is accurate and properly recorded.
- Help with the creation of simple marketing materials, such as postcards, emails, and event-related content.
- Provide general support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing materials, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a passion for marketing and event planning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with multiple teams.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Asana, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus but not required.
- Ability to analyze data and propose optimizations based on key marketing metrics.

Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
