About the position
The Information Technology Intern position will get exposure and assist in day-to-day IT operations, end user support, and system administration for Keyfactor’s IT infrastructure. You will also contribute to internal projects that allow you to gain knowledge on a variety of systems.
This position is based in our Cleveland, Ohio office. It will be Hybrid (3 days in-office, and 2 days remote) during the workweek.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn to work in and support end users in Cleveland, Ohio office
- Learn to work in, support and maintain systems used by end users
- Contribute on IT projects
- Collaborate with Compliance and InfoSec teams on assisting Keyfactor maintain its security certifications
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- The Information Technology Intern should have some demonstrable previous Working experience on their resume
- A strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn new, emerging technologies
- Effective internal presence and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills
- Mac OS, Windows desktop support & administration a plus
- Networking experience & understanding a plus
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
