What is the Keyfactor Insider Program?
The Keyfactor Insider Program provides customers with just-in-time notifications about the latest product releases and updates, exclusive content, industry events, and our customer newsletter.
How can I join the program?
Joining is simple. If you’re a Keyfactor customer, you’re eligible. You can register immediately via the form on this page or get in touch with your Customer Success Manager for more details.
Is there a fee to join the program?
No. There is no fee to join the program and it’s open to all Keyfactor customers.
Why did we introduce the Insider Program?
The Insider Program is aimed at improving your experience, reducing the number of emails you receive, and ensuring that all communication is timely and relevant.
Will I continue to receive release notifications from my Customer Success Manager?
Some customers may have already opted in to receive release notifications from their Customer Success Manager. However, in our efforts to streamline communications, release notifications will only be sent via the Insider Program moving forward. Beginning August 31, 2023, any current release notifications will be deprecated.
Will I be blasted with marketing communications?
Our focus is to provide updates that are meaningful and timely. The Insider Program is designed to provide you with the information you need without overcrowding your inbox. This includes software releases, product updates, and relevant industry news and events via a monthly newsletter.
How will I receive communications?
All Insiders will receive communications via [email protected]. We recommend that you add this email to your whitelist to ensure you receive all updates.
What about GDPR? How will my data be handled by the Insider Program?
Your data security is important to us, and we adhere strictly to GDPR guidelines. As a Keyfactor customer, we already have your basic information. This program is exclusively for Keyfactor customers. We prioritize your privacy and data security. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
